| A Pulsed Fusion Cannon generates a rapid blast of radiation which causes particles it collides with to be catalyzed in a nuclear reaction. This effect generally consumes the particles of a target. Among the obvious damage is an amount of radiation which harms living beings and a large amount of heat. The pulse referred to in this weapon description is a quick opening and closing of the firing aperture of the weapon.
