| A plasma cannon is a simple weapon which uses excited mater in the form of plasma to deal damage. the mater is exposed to a high energy field and converted to plasma which is launched like a projectile. Due to the extreme heat and high mass of plasma it often penetrates shields and burns into hulls. |
