Story Data: The first ever starfighter to be equipped with a Cloaking Device, the TIE Phantom project breakthrough enables this fighter to remain completely hidden from sensor detection. While using the Cloaiking Devices Oridium Core the TIE Phantom remains completely undetected, but must de-cloak to attack. The only known vessel capable of detecting Cloaked TIE Phantoms is a partially cloaked TIE Phantom.
